CORRUPTION REPORTING & WHISTLE BLOWING CHANNELS
Business Registration Service (BRS) is committed to zero tolerance to corruption and related malpractices, by ensuring the highest possible ethical standards in executing its mandate. Through its preventive, detective and corrective initiative, the Service requires all Stakeholders including the employees, to observe highest standards of business and personal ethics in their interaction with staff, customers, service providers and other members of the public.
BRS Board of Directors and Management considers effective whistleblowing as key in helping alleviate the challenges of corruption. The Service has therefore established reporting channels as follows:
Management affirm that the Service is open to any information that relates to any form of corruption. All reported cases of alleged corruption will be acted upon fairly, promptly, expeditiously by the respective personnel and all disclosures will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
Suspicious Activity Report: Briefly describe the improper activity and how you know about it. Specify what, who, when, where, and how. If there is more than one allegation, number each allegation, use as many words as necessary.
