BRS recognized for excellence in digitization & digital innovation

BRS as one of the key pioneers on the eCitizen platform received an award for excellence in digitization & outstanding contribution towards digital innovation at the Ecitizen Anniversary Celebration held on 26th to 28th November 2024 at the KICC in Nairobi.
His Excellency the President, Dr. William Samoei Ruto presided over the celebration of eCitizen’s 1-year anniversary where various ministries and government agencies showcased their digital services.
In his speech, the President noted that eCitizen stands as a powerful testament to Kenya’s commitment to leveraging digital innovation to enhance governance, promote accountability and ensure seamless, secure and efficient service delivery to all.
“Over the past year eCitizen has grown from offering 300 services to over 22,000, solidifying its place as the backbone of efficient and transparent governance.” said His Excellency the President.
The Service exhibited and showcased the digital transformation journey over the years and the impact on service delivery.
